(STILL) UNABASHEDLY OPTIMISTIC ABOUT TECH

I’m the Chief Operating Officer of SLI Aerospace (SLI), Libra Group’s newest aerospace venture. At SLI, we accelerate the growth of the space economy by providing flexible capital to operators, governments, and innovators.

I’ve always been a builder at heart. Before this role, I spent a decade as Chief Strategy Officer at Libra Group, helping future-proof a global portfolio of companies with assets across land, sea, and sky. That work included both strengthening existing Libra businesses and launching new ones - including lomarlabs and SLI.

Earlier in my career, I served in the Obama Administration, where I helped lead digital transformation across the U.S. government. I co-founded the Technology Transformation Service, which housed 18F and incubated login.gov, and helped write the $1B Modernizing Government Technology Act to accelerate the adoption of modern tools across agencies. Before that, I co-founded two venture-backed tech companies, giving me a front-row seat to how Silicon Valley builds and scales - and later, how those lessons can translate into public impact.

I stay closely connected to early-stage innovation and public impact as both an angel investor and a board member. I currently serve on the boards of Vanda Pharmaceuticals, Dcode, Libra Philanthropies, and the Beeck Center at Georgetown University.
